NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY
IN THE OFFICE OF PARISH COUNCILLOR

Notice is hereby given under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Teri Duckworth has ceased to be member and a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for Great Horkesley Parish Council.

If by 2 June 2022 ten electors registered within the said council area request in writing, to the Proper officer of Colchester Borough Council, that an election is held to fill the said vacancy then an election will be held. Otherwise, Great Horkesley Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
