Following Government guidelines the new village hall is closed until further notice. Bookings are not being taken at this time.

Casual hire enquiry

You can use our booking system to  view and request vacant dates. You cannot make a firm booking online but you can view the booking availability and make a booking request.

Please note that dates shown as available on the calendar may not be available as, for example, bookings for regular hirers will only show the currently contracted dates.  Regular hirers will be assumed to be intending to renew their booking and will therefore be offered the available regular hire dates first.

When making a request please ensure that you tick the box to say you have read the terms and conditions of hire, otherwise a request booking cannot be confirmed. All the information about hiring the hall, includiing the priovacy notice  is available on this page.

Please complete the HallMaster Enquiry Form by clicking the "+" sign for the date you are interested in the window below and someone will get back to you to either confirm the booking or advise further

Please be advised that once you have received an email from the booking manager with details on how to pay your deposit. This must be paid within 72 hours otherwise your booking will be removed from the calendar.

Regular hire enquiry (new and existing hall users)

Please do not make a booking request using the above from, but instead contact the Booking Manager by e-mail:  booking-manager@greathorkesley-pc.gov.uk in the first instance.

Existing Regular Hirers will be contacted for renewals automatically.
