Council Meetings

The dates of Parish Council meetings for the year ahead will be on the following Tuesdays at 7.30pm, at Great Horkesley New Village Hall, unless otherwise stated on the summons and agenda.  There are usually no meetings held in February, August or December.

The meetings are open to the public to observe their council in operation. In addition a 15 minute Public Open Forum is a standing item on the agenda, with the exceptions of Extraordinary, Committee and Annual Parish Council meetings, to enable the public to ask questions or make statements. Please refer to our Standing Orders under Governance Documents.

Agendas for all meetings will be published three clear days prior to the meeting on the agendas page (and usually on the noticeboards outside BWW School and the Village Hall).  If you do not have internet access a printed copy can be obtained from the Parish Clerk by prior arrangement.
