This is an open meeting of the Parish and is an opportunity for all residents to express their opinions or concerns regarding issues relevant to the parish.  As Chairman of Great Horkesley Parish Council, I invite all Great Horkesley residents and members of the community to attend. 

It is anticipated that the proposal to build houses on land north of Coach Road (Planning Application 250545) will be the first matter to be discussed in the Forum.

Please note that this is not a Parish Council Meeting but is chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council in accordance with legal requirements.  Other councillors attend this meeting as members of the public.  Only registered electors may vote on any motion raised.

Also note that because the event is not a meeting of the Parish Council, no decision can be taken as to how the Parish Council will respond to application 250545 and related matters; that will happen at an extraordinary meeting of the Council on another day.  Other matters raised in the Forum will be considered at the Annual Parish Council meeting on Thursday 8th May 2025.
